Customers will typically interact with ServiceNow via the Service Portal. The Service Portal is a web-based interface that allows customers to order services or items from the Service Catalog, submit a request or report a problem to HITS, and review any outstanding incidents or requests they have submitted.


Additional self-support documentation for customers will be published under this page in the future. HITS is also developing an MLearning course.
